If you see that your order is still in "processing", please check the Important Notes on https://www.iherb.com/help/contact for warehouse delays. Increased demand or unforeseeable delays can result in a 1-2 day delay.
Please note the following if you have trouble tracking your order: It can take up to 24-48 hours to see tracking information on the carrier website. Orders placed on weekends will not get picked by our carriers until the next business day. If you can't locate your order number, refer to your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may not be available for certain international shipping methods. Tracking is only available for packages shipped within the past 90 days.
